To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, all dogs must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccinations and wait at least 48 hours after any vaccination before checking in. Proof of rabies vaccination is required in the form of paperwork. This waiting period helps ensure your dog isn’t sore at the injection site, which can lead to irritability or lethargy. It also helps prevent stress for dogs who might experience an unexpected allergic reaction to the vaccine. Puppies aged 8 weeks to 4 months can receive services in the mobile without vaccinations.

Scheduling a grooming appointment in advance helps ensure you and your dog won’t have to wait longer than necessary. Weekends are particularly busy, so it’s highly recommended to book appointments for Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, our mobile spa have a special window for you to watch your dog getting groomed. For the safety of dogs, however, we don’t allow dog parents to assist with the grooming process or to stay in the van.
We do not sedate dogs, nor do we accept dogs that have been sedated. If your dog typically has a strong behavioral reaction to grooming or bathing, please inform us when scheduling the appointment and when we arrive to your place. If a dog is extremely uncooperative or distressed by the process, we may end the session – but we will never use sedation.

Understand and communicate your dog’s stress triggers to the groomer. Some pets may become nervous around other animals or loud noises like barking.
2. Get used to handling and sounds
At home, touch their paws during play and use items like an electric toothbrush to get them used to the noise and vibrations of grooming tools.

Regular grooming or bathing every four to six weeks helps maintain your dog’s health. It allows for the early detection of issues such as ticks, fleas, and problems with nails, teeth, ears, and eyes.
4. Special Conditions
